Proprietary Rights: Bytes with Bits has proprietary rights and trade secrets in the Products/Services. Bytes with Bits also has rights to all trademarks and trade dress and specific layouts of this webpage, including calls to action, text placement, images, and other information.

Returns and Cancellation

Service Cancellation: Bytes with Bits will not accept any cancellations from clients. If a client wishes to cancel the service request, the advance amount paid will not be refunded. All services provided by Bytes with Bits are customized according to the particulars provided by the client. If the client is not satisfied with the service, Bytes with Bits will provide two additional revisions before the service is deemed complete. If the client is inactive for more than 15 days, the project will be considered cancelled, and the amount paid will not be refunded.

General

Governing Law; Jurisdiction: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Punjab, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, India to resolve any disputes arising under this Agreement.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Bytes with Bits and supersedes any prior agreements pertaining to the subject matter contained herein.

Force Majeure: Bytes with Bits will not be deemed in default hereunder or held responsible for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations due to natural disasters, acts of God, war, or other events beyond its control.

Effect of Waiver: The failure of Bytes with Bits to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
